Braised Tofu

Buy a piece of old tofu from the vegetable farm and soak it in water to get rid of the beany flavor

Cut into small squares of even size

Heat oil in a pot and add tofu

Fry both sides slightly, about 2 minutes

Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer on medium and low heat for about 20 minutes,

Sprinkle in the minced garlic and start the pot
Tips:
1. Tofu should choose old tofu, or it is not easy to break
