Braised Tofu Fish

Rewash tilapia. Use kitchen paper towels to clean up the dirt in the belly of tilapia, and clean up the visceral residue and blood on the gills repeatedly. These are the sources of the fishy smell.

Marinated tilapia. Cut the fish out of a suitable size, pour in a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sorghum wine and rock sugar, spread evenly on the inside and outside of the fish, and then let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Mince garlic, old ginger, mince pickled peppers, chopped green onions and chopped green onions. Cut the old tofu into 0.5cm thick and 3cm square pieces, and put them in 5% boiling salt water to make the water taste delicious.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and cover and cook until the soup has received the right amount. Spread the chopped green onion on the pan.
Tips:
01. The rewashing of fish is very important and the most critical step in removing fishy.
02. Tofu must be treated with salt water first, so that it is easy to taste and remove the beany taste.
03. Minced garlic, bean paste and rock sugar are easy to fry, so be careful.
