Braised Tofu in Braised Pot

A piece of tofu

Cut into thick slices about 0.5 cm

Divide into two again

Beat 3 eggs into egg liquid for later use

Heat in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, cool oil, and pour half of the egg liquid

When the egg liquid is not solidified, put the tofu on

When the bottom egg liquid is fried to a fixed shape, pour the remaining egg liquid evenly on the tofu

Turn over, make the upper layer of egg liquid face down, and fry until set

Prepare a bowl of juice: 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp old vinegar, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp water, a pinch of salt and chopped green onion, stir well

Pour evenly on the tofu

Cook until the tofu absorbs the soup and is full of flavor

Bring out the pot and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
