Braised Tofu Shreds

Wash the tofu skin.

Roll up along one side, leaving 5 cm unrolled.

Use a knife to cut the rolled part into thin strips.

Shake the cut tofu shreds apart.
5.
Roll the shredded tofu along the uncut part.
6.
Fix it with a toothpick.

Brine heating.

Put the processed shredded tofu into the marinade pot.
9.
Add star anise aniseed, red pepper, boil over high heat, turn off the heat and marinate overnight.
10.
Take out the marinated tofu shreds and cut them into proper lengths when you eat them.
Tips:
The boiled shredded tofu needs to be marinated in the brine overnight to add flavor.
