Braised Tofu Skin

Soak the dried tofu skins in water and soak the soft tofu, black fungus, and shiitake mushrooms in advance

This is the soft soaked tofu skin. Tie a knot in the middle and don’t need to be too tight.

Tips:
The tofu skin is boiled in the soup to make it softer and more delicious! So add water and cook for a while!
You don’t have Matsutake, so you don’t need to add it!
