I bought a bag of dried tofu skin, added some mushrooms and cooked it together, and used some oily matsutake that I boiled myself. It was really fragrant and delicious!

Braised Tofu Skin

1. Soak the dried tofu skins in water and soak the soft tofu, black fungus, and shiitake mushrooms in advance

2. This is the soft soaked tofu skin. Tie a knot in the middle and don’t need to be too tight.

3. This is the prepared ingredients: I also prepared some oily pine mushrooms that I boiled myself, and sautéed garlic slices and red peppers.

4. First add black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, add some salt

5. Add soy sauce, add soy sauce

6. Add sugar, add oil matsutake

7. Add tofu skins and some water to boil

8. Cook until the juice thickens, add some chicken essence before boiling

Tips:

The tofu skin is boiled in the soup to make it softer and more delicious! So add water and cook for a while!
You don’t have Matsutake, so you don’t need to add it!
