Braised Tofu with Xo Sauce

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Put the cut tofu into a snow pan, add a little salt and cook for about 3 minutes, then remove the water from the heat.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into froth.

For the multi-function pot, select a shallow plate, medium heat, add a little oil and add the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic to stir fragrant.

Add the drained tofu, turn to high heat, and stir-fry the tofu to remove the moisture.

Pour the oil, XO sauce, sugar, and soy sauce into a small bowl and mix well.

When the tofu is slightly yellow, pour in the mixed sauce, adjust to medium heat and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Mix water with starch, pour in the adjusted water starch, and turn off the heat until it becomes viscous.
