Braised Tofu with Xo Sauce

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Put the cut tofu into a snow pan, add a little salt and cook for about 3 minutes, then remove the water from the heat.

3. Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into froth.

4. For the multi-function pot, select a shallow plate, medium heat, add a little oil and add the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic to stir fragrant.

5. Add the drained tofu, turn to high heat, and stir-fry the tofu to remove the moisture.
