Braised Unagi with Garlic Sauce

The fresh eel bought back is taken care of by the seller. It can be boned and cut into slices, or the bones can be left.

Preparation materials: red pickled pepper, ginger, bean paste, dried pepper

Go home and wash away blood stains, marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes, then rinse with water and drain

Put a little more oil in the pot, add red pickled peppers, bean paste, garlic, ginger, and Chinese pepper to fry the red oil

Add in the eel segment, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, stir fry

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes, then collect the juice on high heat, add scallions and stir-fry. The eel is delicious and you don’t need chicken powder or the like.
Tips:
Put a little salt or cooking wine when washing, it is easy to clean the mucus.
