Braised White Radish
1.
Wash the white radish, peel and cut into hob pieces
2.
Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic, and set aside the pepper
3.
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons oil to make a sauce
4.
Put oil in the pan, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic aniseed in the pan with hot oil, add the white radish and stir fry
5.
Add the sauce, stir-fry evenly and then add a bowl of water. It’s fine if the white radish is not over, because the oil consumption of the soy sauce is already salty, so add less salt according to your own taste.
6.
Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then collect the juice, add a proper amount of water, starch, and thicken the soup
7.
Finally, add some sesame oil and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
