Braised Yellow Bone Fish

Wash the yellow bone fish, be careful of the hard thorn on the fish

Slice ginger, smash garlic, cut the white onion into sections

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger, garlic and green onion (you should use a spatula to press the ginger slices and wipe the bottom of the pan, so that the fried fish skin will not stick to the pan)

Add the yellow bone fish and fry it first

Then turn to the other side of the fish, and then fry it (be sure to fry one side and then turn it over, fry both sides at once)

Pour in hot boiling water, about the same level as the fish body

Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cover the pot, continue to cook on high heat until the soup remains 1/4 (the braised meat should be turned to medium and small fire, the fish will always be cooked on high fire)

Finally, add white sugar and chicken essence, collect the juice, and sprinkle chopped green onion to enjoy
