Braised Yellow Croaker

Wash the yellow croaker and drain the water. Also wash the garlic leaves, tomatoes and ginger.

Cut the garlic into small pieces, and separate the garlic leaves and roots for later use.

Cut tomatoes into cubes and slice ginger for later use.
