Braised Yellow Croaker

1. Clean up the fish, cut a few knives on the fish, and then sprinkle a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for 15 minutes (turn it in the middle) so that the smell can be removed.

2. Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

3. Heat the oil and add the fish. Don't turn it in a hurry. Turn it over until it is slightly yellowish.

4. After frying on both sides until golden brown, add the green onion, ginger and garlic, don't need to turn it to prevent the fish from breaking, lift the wok and shake it to make the green onion and garlic smell.

5. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, or shake the pot, don't turn it over to avoid the fish from falling apart.

6. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while, then collect the juice.

7. Collect the juice and put it out, sprinkle a little green onion, you can enjoy the food

Tips:

Turn the fish as little as possible to prevent the fish from falling apart.
