Braised Yellow Croaker

Thaw two yellow croakers and remove the scales and internal organs.

Cut the fish diagonally for a few knives to taste, add ginger, shallots, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the fish, fry on both sides until golden brown, and take it out of the pan.
