Braised Yellow Croaker

Ingredients: yellow croaker (have been cleaned up, because I don't like to eat fish head, so I went to fish head), fish roe, green onion, ginger

Pat the fish on both sides with starch, cut the green onion into small pieces, and slice the ginger

Pour oil into the pan, add the fish and fry until golden on both sides

Add clean water similar to fish, add green onion and ginger slices, bring the water to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat and add fish roe

Smashed garlic, chopped

Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, water starch to the bowl

When the fish soup in the pot has turned white and the soup is gradually decreasing. Add sauce

Use a spoon to pour the soup on the fish to taste it, and turn off the heat when the soup is almost harvested on high heat.

Tips:
Before frying the fish, apply some starch to the fish to prevent it from sticking to the pan, or wipe the fish dry with kitchen paper to prevent it from sticking to the pan. The fish must be cooked slowly to make it delicious.
