Braised Yellow Croaker (roasted Yellow Croaker)
1.
Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside
2.
Adjust braised sauce: 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar
3.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt to the braised sauce
4.
After washing the yellow croaker, use kitchen paper to absorb excess water from the epidermis. Knife on both sides, sprinkle with starch
5.
Put oil in the pan, and fry the fish at 70% heat
6.
Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown, then add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic
7.
After the aroma comes out, pour in the braised sauce, then add boiling water (croaker is more cooked, just add half of the fish), cover the pot, and cook over medium-to-low heat.
8.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coriander
