Braised Yellow Croaker with Sausage

Wash the yellow croaker and cut a few crosswise on the back

Slice the sausage, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use

After the yellow croaker is marinated in salted cooking wine for ten minutes, both sides are coated with starch

Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the yellow croaker

Deep-fried until the final shape, crispy, remove the oil control and set aside

Leave a little oil in the wok, add the sausage, green onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and fry until fragrant

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, water and five spice powder to boil

Add the fried fish, shredded chili, boil over high heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

It's out of the pot, sprinkle with coriander leaves and start eating. There are only two fish heads left when I post the photos. It seems like a second light
