Braised Yellow Croaker with Tempeh

Wash the yellow croaker and drain the water. Use a knife on the back to make it more delicious

Tips:
1. The yellow croaker meat is relatively tender. Don't rush to turn it over when frying the fish. Turn it over after the skin is fried, otherwise the fish will break easily.
2. After adding soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the braised fish, my home is salty enough, so no salt, you can adjust it according to your own taste
