Braised Zucchini with Egg

Choose fresh zucchini, peel off the skin, wash and set aside.

One egg, set aside.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add some salt and oil. Cut zucchini into thin thin slices.

Pick up the frying pan, pour the pan into it and stir fry.

Sprinkle with some fine salt, cover the pot and simmer on low heat.

Put a small spoonful of water on it.

Pour the eggs in, don't turn them right away, wait for the eggs to stick to the zucchini, and then stir fry. The action should be light and the speed should be slow. Let the melons and eggs become lumps.
