Bread Machine Version Condensed Milk Bread

First make the middle seed, warm milk to dissolve the yeast, pour 210 grams of flour, and mix it into a dough. You can knead it by hand or use a bread machine for a few minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature 3 times the size.

Tear the fermented Chinese seeds into small pieces and put them in a bread bucket, pour in water, condensed milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt.

Then pour 90 grams of flour, put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, cover the lid of the bread bucket to prevent the flour from splashing out during kneading, select the kneading program for 10 minutes.

After the first kneading is over, add the butter cut into small pieces.

Choose to mix the dough for 16 minutes, and to complete the stage (glove film), close the lid, and leave for 30 minutes (different models of bread machines have different kneading time).

Take out the dough and divide into 4 equal parts, round and let loose for 15 minutes.

Roll it into an oval shape and squeeze it if there are bubbles.

Roll up, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Press down and roll it into a tongue shape.

Then roll it up and put it in a bread bucket, and select the fermentation gear for 60 minutes.

The fermented bread embryo is seven to eight percent full. Brush the surface with whole egg liquid or not. Choose to bake, the time is 35 minutes.

After baking, pour out the bread, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and store it at room temperature after cooling.
