Snow flakes are actually an improved version of nougat, with biscuits in the middle, which tastes similar to nuffalo. It is fragrant and sweet with one bite, and is also crispy and rich in milk.
I have used a bread machine to make nougat before, and I also want to try the bread machine version of the snow pastry, it really works!

Bread Machine Version of Snowflake Pastry

1. Put the butter and salt in the bread bucket

2. Cut the marshmallows into small pieces and put them in the bread bucket

3. Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, turn on the baking function, and stir with a spatula every moment

4. Break the soda biscuits into small pieces for later use

5. Melt the marshmallows and blend them fully with the butter

6. Add milk powder

7. Stir well

8. Add peanut kernels and sesame seeds

9. Stir well

10. Add cranberries

11. Stir well

12. Pour the mixture in the bread bucket into the baking pan with soda crackers

13. Knead well

14. Sprinkle milk powder to prevent sticking and levelling

15. After cooling, cut into pieces, wrap in milk powder, and enjoy

Tips:

1. Peanut kernels and sesame seeds should be roasted in advance
2. Don't use cookies that are too crisp
3. The variety and quantity of dried fruits can be adjusted according to everyone's preference
4. If the bread machine has a stir fry function, start this function
5. Only then can make about 60 pieces of flake pastry
