Brine Beef

Wash the beef after thawing, put the beef in the pot and add some ginger slices

Add some cooking wine to boil and remove, rinse with water

Put the beef with enough water in the electric pressure cooker, because it is frozen, I added some chicken juice, the fresh one is not necessary

Add an appropriate amount of salt, and make a big bag yourself: grass fruit, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom, star anise

Put the big material bag in, press for 30 minutes, don’t leave the pan right away

Let it soak for a while, then remove the slices after cooling
Tips:
Don't leave the pressed beef out of the pot immediately, let it soak for a period of time to add more flavor! Slice after cooling so that the slices are not easy to break!
