Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Cut broccoli into small flowers, soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse and drain

Bring boiling water to a boil, add broccoli, wait for the water to boil again, then remove the cold water to rinse and drain

Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and a small amount of sugar to the bowl and mix well.

Raise the frying pan, add a small amount of minced garlic and saute, add broccoli and stir fry a few times

Pour in the adjusted oyster sauce and stir a few times to turn off the heat

Serve it on a plate and mix with some chopped bacon slices for a better taste.
Tips:
1. Soak broccoli in salt water because it can remove vegetable insects and also help to remove residual pesticides
2. The cooking time of broccoli should not be too long, otherwise the taste will be discounted, which will destroy the color and nutrients.
