Broccoli Salad
1.
Bring cold water to a boil with salt, add broccoli to blanch water, in order to maintain the true color of broccoli.

Add salt, garlic, and chopped pepper to the broccoli.
3.
Put the pepper in the cold oil and sauté on high heat.
4.
Pour into the seasoning as the oil temperature rises.
5.
Pour in vinegar, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir well.
Tips:
All cold dishes can be applied.
