Broccoli Salad

Break the broccoli into small pieces and soak in salt water for a while, then wash; wash the carrots and cut into small pieces. Then add water to the pot and bring to a boil, and blanch the two in the water (the broccoli can be turned into emerald green). Remove it and put it in cold water, then drain the water.

Put the drained broccoli and carrots into a container, add appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, MSG, oil consumption, mix well, and serve.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot (the oil can be a little bit more), heat to 80% boil, add chili, green onion, ginger (shredded), garlic (diced or sliced), fry the flavor and pour the oil together. Just put the broccoli on top.
Tips:
After the first step of broccoli is completed, you can directly complete the third step, stir fry and eat.
The broccoli blanching time should not be too long!
