Broccoli Stir-fried Fungus

Soak the fungus, blanch it with hot water and remove it for later use

Tips:
1. Remember to add a small spoonful of salt when blanching the broccoli with fungus, so that it can taste and keep the color of the broccoli bright
2. When frying the fungus, the fire can be turned down, because the pan is too hot and the fungus will burst out
3. When putting broccoli into the stir fry, don't use too much force, stir fry gently, otherwise the broccoli will not look good
4. Add some oil to the water for blanching broccoli. The blanched broccoli is emerald green and looks good.
