Broccoli Stir-fried Pork

1. Prepared materials: broccoli meat and garlic

2. Blanch the broccoli with boiling water first (the color of broccoli will become brighter after boiling, but it should be noted that when blanching the broccoli, the time should not be too long, otherwise the crispness will be lost and the fried dishes will be greatly reduced )

3. After the broccoli has been blanched, put it in cold boiled water for too long, remove and drain the water before using it to ensure the bright color of the broccoli

4. Then put the peanut oil in the hot pan and fry the fine meat strips until the meat turns white, just enough to keep the meat from getting old

5. When the meat strips turn white, pour directly in the broccoli that has been watered before and continue to stir fry

6. Stir-fry for about a minute, add the soy sauce and the minced garlic, and fry the garlic fragrance.

7. The broccoli should not be fried for too long, just add salt and chicken broccoli to stir-fry until the aroma of garlic is out of the pan.

Tips:

The time for frying and adding salt should not be too long, so as not to lose or destroy the anti-cancer and anti-cancer nutrients.
