Broccoli with Corn

Break the broccoli into small florets, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Peel fresh corn.

After the corn kernels are cooked in the pot, remove them and drain the water.

Blanch broccoli in a pot.

After blanching the broccoli, remove it and place it in cold boiling water to cool it down.

After the broccoli is cool, remove the drained water and put it in a container, add salt and stir.

Add MSG and stir.

Add sesame oil and stir.
9.
Stir evenly and sprinkle with corn kernels and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Add a little oil and salt to the broccoli blanched water. The light oil brine can add some base flavor to the broccoli and can also reduce nutrient loss.
2. After blanching broccoli, put it in cold water to cool it down, which can reduce nutrient loss.
3. Condiments are added according to personal taste. It is not advisable to add condiments with heavy taste and color
