Broccoli with Fungus

Soak the black fungus in water, blanch in a pot of boiling water for one minute and remove

Pick broccoli into small florets, wash and blanch for one minute to remove

Bring the blanched vegetables to cold boiling water, and then control the moisture for use

Put vegetable oil in the wok, saute the pepper and red hot pepper and turn off the heat

Put the processed broccoli and fungus in a bowl, add sweet vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and mustard sauce, then pour the prepared pepper oil on top, mix well and serve.
