Brown Sugar Longan Toast

Chop the dried longan meat into pieces, and put the brown sugar into warm water to dissolve

Put egg liquid and brown sugar water in the bread bucket

Put bread flour, salt on the corner, yeast in the middle

Open menu 1, European style/soft program, medium color, 500g

Add butter when kneading stops

Tips:
Because longan meat has sweetness, I don't put much brown sugar. The amount of liquid is based on the water absorption of the own flour
