Bunny Hot Dog Bread (pumpkin Version)
1.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, put it in a container with a lid, microwave on high heat for 3 minutes, crush it into a puree with a spoon, and take 110 grams for later use.
2.
The dough materials except butter are put into the inner bucket of the bread machine in the order of liquid, yeast, sugar, flour, and salt. Select the kneading procedure and knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and a thicker film can be pulled out before adding butter. (Generally join in about 10 minutes)
3.
Continue to knead the dough to the fully extended stage, and place the dough at the temperature for basic fermentation (ambient temperature is about 27°C). Ferment until the dough grows 2-3 times larger, dip your fingers in the flour and insert it into the dough. The holes do not rebound or slightly rebound, and the dough does not collapse.
4.
Take out the dough and vent it. Divide it into 8 equal parts, each about 68g. Round the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take a loose dough, roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin, turn it over and roll it into a strip, and tighten the joint. Roll up all the dough in turn and place them in order.
5.
Take out the first rolled dough, knead it into a long strip of about 40 cm, and put the dough on both sides into the hole on the other side of the hot dog. Sort out the shape of the rabbit a bit.
6.
Still shape all the dough
7.
The final fermentation takes place in a warm and humid place. (Ambient temperature is about 35-37°C) I put the oven on for two times, put a pot of hot water at the bottom of the oven, and turn on the fermentation gear.
8.
After the fermentation is over, brush the egg liquid on the surface of the dough.
9.
Put it into the preheated oven, heat up to 180°C and lower to 160°C, and bake for about 18 minutes.
10.
Let cool after baking
11.
After the bread cools down, draw the rabbit eyes with melted dark chocolate.
12.
Cute bunny buns!
Tips:
1. The water absorption of flour is different, and the amount of water should be adjusted appropriately.
2. Use just one ordinary egg, take 40 grams of egg liquid and use it for noodles, and save the remaining egg liquid brush for the final brushing.
3. This recipe can make all kinds of colorful bread, and pumpkin toast is also good!
