Burdock Salad

One burdock peeled and washed

Cut the burdock into silk
3.
Soak in water with white vinegar
4.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the burdock after the water boils

Remove and drain the water

Add salt while hot

Add soy sauce
8.
Add vinegar
9.
Sprinkle the fragrant black and white sesame
