Burger Patties

Press down the middle part of the meatloaf, (the part in the yellow frame) the meat juice inside will expand during the cooking process, and the whole meatloaf will become more and more rounded

Heat the oil, add the hamburger patties, fry on both sides; add some water and simmer for 15 minutes, observe the bulge in the middle of the patties, take a bamboo skewer into the center of the patties, and the gravy will come out

Tips:
Carrots, lotus roots, old tofu and the like are often put in the meatloaf in our house, all of which are chopped together and stirred evenly;
