Put the filled bowl in the pressure cooker, if you don’t use the pressure cooker, cover the pot with water and steam. Steam for 15-20 minutes in the middle of the medium pressure cooker and let the pressure cooker cool naturally; steaming in a normal pan is estimated to take about 90-120 minutes

Tips:
The pork belly must be cooked thoroughly and inserted with chopsticks so that it can be fat and not greasy. The steaming time must be longer to achieve polarization.
