Butter Spinach

Cut spinach and set aside

Put the spinach into the pot, pour in half a cup of water, close the lid, and cook over medium heat

Melt the butter in the pan, add the minced garlic, the cooked spinach, and stir fry

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well and serve
