Cabbage Meat Wonton

Prepare the flour

Ingredients for wonton stuffing: cabbage, pork belly stuffing, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, green onions

After washing the cabbage, blanch it with boiling water, squeeze out the water, and chop it into fine pieces

Mix the cabbage, pork belly, ginger and green onions, add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, dumpling seasoning, cooking oil, cooking wine, sesame oil, and mix into cabbage meat

Move the awake dough to the panel

Roll out into thin and large dough pieces

Don’t stack the wontons to prevent sticking to each other

Boil water, add the wontons, when the wontons are almost ripe, add the greens, add salt, vinegar, and sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
The dough needs to be firmer, so you can use less thin noodles when you roll it out.
