Make the noodles in advance. If you eat in the morning, you can make the noodles the night before. Keep them in the refrigerator. They are especially useful the next day. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour, stir until there is no dry powder, then knead into a dough, soften it as much as possible, cover it with plastic wrap, today is not hot noodles.

The cabbage that I bought is very fresh and tender. It feels like it breaks when touched. It removes impurities, and then soaks it in light salt water for about half an hour. Try to clean the dust attached to it. Light salt water can also kill. The effect of insect sterilization can also remove pesticide residues as much as possible, and then repeatedly wash them out.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the water, add a spoonful of salt, add the cabbage to blanch it, remove it immediately if it changes color, remove it after super cold water, control the moisture, and then chop it to remove the moisture. Peel the carrots, wash them, and chop them for later use.

Add the right amount of oil to the wok, you can add a little more. When mixing the stuffing, you don't need to add additional oil.
