Cabbage Soy Sauce Noodles

Prepare the ingredients: fresh noodles, cabbage, eggs; wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces;

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, and cold boiled water; stir well; set aside;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the milk pan and bring to a boil; add the noodles and cook;

Remove the cooked noodles and soak them in a cool boiled boil; this will prevent the noodles from sticking;

Keep the noodles dry;

Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Mix sugar in the egg liquid and cool boiled water to make the egg fluffy and soft;
