The real winter is here! Sausage bacon can be eaten! I like to eat Chinese sausage very much. I think the meat inside is very fragrant. I once wanted to make it myself, but it felt more troublesome. A friend gave me two big roots and immediately used them to make Cantonese sausage claypot rice. It was fun! Full of sausages, scent and tempting! Turn over underneath, there is a little bit of rice crust, delicious!

Cantonese Sausage Claypot Rice

1. Wash the sausage and slice it

2. Cut the greens into sections, add a little oil and salt, blanch them in boiling water, remove and set aside

3. Put 4 spoons of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of oil in a small bowl and mix well

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the rice and put it into the rice cooker to set the "Claypot Rice" program. If this program is not available, it does not matter. When the rice is cooked to the end, proceed to the next step

5. When you hear a sound from the rice cooker, turn on the rice cooker, drain the sausage, beat in an egg, pour a little oil along the wall, about 1 scoop, close the lid and continue until the cooking is over. If it is a normal rice cooker, continue cooking for about 15 minutes.

6. Open the lid of the rice cooker, pour in the soy sauce prepared in the third step, and stir evenly when eating
