Carob and Egg Vegetarian Dumplings

Knead flour and water to form a smooth dough.

Salt the eggs and fry them into pieces.

Wash the cowpeas, blanch them and chop finely, add cooked oil and mix.

Put the beans, eggs, and shrimp skins together and stir well.

Add sesame oil and chicken essence and mix well.

The dough is taken out and made into dumplings, and rolled into dumpling skins.

Cook and fish out and eat.
