Carob and Mushroom Mixed Vegetables

Wash the ingredients, tear the oyster mushrooms into strips, and remove both ends of the beans. Boil water, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, and blanch the oyster mushrooms and beans (whole roots).

Cut the blanched beans into sections diagonally.

Blanched oyster mushrooms.

Shred the ginger, mince the garlic, and cut the pepper into diamond-shaped pieces.

Pick up the pot, add oil and pepper, stir fry until fragrant, remove the pepper.

Add dried chili and ginger garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add chili and a pinch of salt and stir fry until fragrant.

Put the processed vegetables in a basin, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder and mix well.
9.
Pour the fried chilies onto the vegetables and mix well.
10.
Mixed dishes.

Served dishes.
Tips:
Add salt to the blanched water (to get the bottom flavor) and a few drops of oily beans. Be sure to blanch them thoroughly.
