It’s been a long time since I had steamed buns. Today, I will steam some steamed buns, so that I can steal some laziness in the morning and get up later.

Carob Buns

1. Flour with yeast

2. Add water to form a dough and leave it to ferment

3. Beans cut into small ends

4. Beat five eggs, then pour the oil into the pan and stir-fry evenly

6. Then pour the oil in the pan again, pour into the chopped beans and stir fry

7. Stir fry without stopping, this process will take at least seven or eight minutes

9. When the beans are almost 8 mature, add the scrambled eggs

10. Then stir fry evenly

11. Add chicken ginger powder and light soy sauce and stir-fry

12. Add seasonings, stir and fry quickly, turn off the heat, and the filling is done

13. To double the size of the dough

14. Then wake up with exhaust for 15 minutes

15. Then cut into small pieces

16. Roll into bread with a rolling pin

17. Stuffing

18. Then squeeze it

19. Put it in the steamer

20. Steam in a pot under cold water for 20 minutes

21. This is steamed buns

Tips:

Beans must be fried or not fried, which is difficult to steam.
If the beans are not cooked, they will vomit
