Carob Pork Dumplings

Wash the beans and blanch them, remove them and let cool.

Chop and set aside.

Pour all the ingredients into the minced meat and stir vigorously.

Then put the cut beans into the minced meat and stir evenly.

Put the stuffing on the dumpling wrapper, soak the dumpling wrapper in a circle and wrap it up.

Tips:
Dumpling wrappers are bought at the vegetable market, so they need to be soaked in water.
