Carrot and Edamame Braised Rice
1.
Boiling water
2.
Boil water into corn, edamame and other miscellaneous vegetables, blanch for about 1 minute, drain and remove for later use
3.
Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the minced meat, stir fry for a while, pour in the right amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and stir fry for fuel consumption
4.
Pour in, corn, carrots and other miscellaneous vegetables and continue to fry until the miscellaneous vegetables are half-cooked, add a little salt, stir fry evenly, then turn off the heat
5.
Pour the spiced rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker and wash it clean. I washed it 3 times and added some boiling water. My usual standard for adding water is that the water is about 1 cm below the rice, and the softness and hardness of the cooked rice is just right.
6.
Pour the mixed vegetables and meat froth fried with ginger into the inner pot of the rice cooker and stir for a few times, connect the power supply, press the cooking button, and cook the rice normally
7.
Prepare the prawns, wait for the rice to be cooked, put it on top, and simmer for five minutes.
