Carrot and Shrimp Balls

First peel the shrimp and marinate it with cooking wine and salt.

Chop the shrimp, add flour, light soy sauce, ginger powder, oil, chicken essence.

Rub the carrots into silk, fry them with oil, let cool, add them to the batter just made, and stir well.

Put the oil in the pan, heat the oil with the smallest fire, use a small spoon to make a ball, not too big, slowly fry with a low fire until golden brown

Here is a finished picture. It’s not very good. My fire is a little bit bigger and a bit burnt.
Tips:
1. Rub the carrots into fine filaments and stir-fry them with oil, otherwise the nutrition will not come out. This is the key point.
2. The fire of the croquettes must be small, otherwise it will be mushy, and the picture will not be good, just like what I did.
