Carrot Beer Stewed Chicken-electric Pressure Cooker Version

The chicken is cleaned and chopped into pieces of appropriate size, the carrots are washed and peeled and cut into hob pieces, ginger slices, and the angelica is prepared

Put the chicken into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add sliced ginger and angelica

Put appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, rice wine, thirteen spices into the chicken, mix well and marinate for 1 hour

Put the inner pot into the electric pressure cooker and close the lid. Choose the holding time (I pressed it for 12 minutes) and it's done.
Tips:
1 You can also add other vegetables.
2 It takes 30 minutes to cook chicken and duck meat in my appliance pressure cooker, so I choose the pressure holding time according to my own situation.
