Carrot Braised Rice

First soak the rice in water for 30 minutes

Carrots, onions, and pork are all cut and set aside (whatever you want to cut)

Add corn oil to the cast iron pan after heating

Stir-fry the pork

Add the shallots after the pork has changed color

Stir-fry the shallots if they are transparent, add the carrots and stir-fry until the carrots are slightly soft

Add salt (to consider that there is rice, so add a little more salt)

Pour in the soaked rice
9.
Add clean water a little bit higher than the rice
10.
Cover the lid and simmer after boiling
11.
When the water dries up, the rice is cooked, stir evenly, then it can be out of the pot, put it in a bowl and start eating
