Tips:
1. Adjust the carrots in the water-oil noodles according to the water content of the carrots. Make the carrot dough a little softer than the dumpling dough. It doesn't matter if there are more carrots or less.
2. I use corn oil and noodles for this cake, it will be crispier with lard.
3. There is no need to add oil to the minced meat, just adjust the taste, and control the taste by yourself.
4. The oven time is adjusted according to the temper of your own oven.
