Carrot Dumplings

Marinate the meat with salt, chopped green onion and ginger, five-spice powder, soy sauce, and cooking wine for a while. Wash and shred carrots, chop them, mix well with sesame oil or pepper oil, and mix well with the marinated meat to form dumpling fillings.
