Carrot Fried Egg

3 eggs and 1 carrot. Peel and shred carrots. Put the egg and carrot shreds together, add some salt, and stir evenly with some five-spice powder.

Heat the pan with a little oil and fry on medium heat.

Turn it over in two minutes.

Cut into pieces with a spatula.
