Carrot Ham Scallion Bread

The ham sausage is chopped up. I bought the ordinary "Golden Gong Stir-Fried Sausage". It is not particularly salty. The cut is about 130g. The amount of these solid materials does not matter.

The shallots are gone, I used the scallions, the taste is not as low-key as the scallions, haha, anyway, I should use the shallots, about 18g, I just took a small one at random, the same amount does not matter.

A medium-sized carrot, chopped 188g, should pay attention to this. If there are more carrots, add less water.

This is indeed an egg, but it is double-yellow. You can also add the same amount of water without the egg.

Add some salt, that's enough.

Carrots are sweet, so just add some sugar to help ferment.

Add two measuring cups of flour, one cup is about 170g, which is also flexible. If there are more people, add more, and then add more water.

Prepare the butter.

In my case, 27g of water is needed, and everyone should add it according to the amount of eggs and carrots, depending on whether it can be made into a smooth dough.

All the ingredients are added to the bread machine. It doesn't make much difference to me when the butter is added, so I added it directly.

Ferment for at least 40 minutes.

Take out the exhaust, divide it into six equal parts, and put it in the oven for second fermentation (you can apply some oil or sprinkle dry powder on the panel on your hands).

When it gets bigger, you can bake it~~180 degrees, and heat up and down for 20 minutes.
Tips:
My formula is very user-friendly. It is not so demanding. If there is less water, add a little water. If there is more water, add a little flour or oatmeal. As long as it can be mixed into a smooth dough, it will be successful. It’s big, so the bread has a lot of "acne" hahaha~~ I made it at home and it was delicious. If you think it is ugly, break it with a cooking machine to make it beautiful~~
