Carrot Minced Pork Wanton

Mince pork belly.

Wash and chop fresh shiitake mushrooms.

Rub the carrot into shreds.

Add the minced radish, shiitake mushrooms, minced ginger, and chopped green onion, mix well.

Add soy sauce and olive oil.

Sprinkle some five-spice powder, sugar and salt

Add rice wine and 2 scoops of cornstarch, mix well, and stir until vigorous.

Take the wonton wrappers and wrap them with meat fillings.

Fold the two corners in half.

Fold it over again.

Put one finger in the middle, overlap the two opposite corners (dip some water) together, and pinch it tightly.

After the water is boiled, put it on the pot, cover it, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Tips:
1. When wrapping the wonton, it is easy to pinch it while dipping it in some water.
2. Turn off the steamed wonton for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
